Restaurant

Restaurant Ditlevsdal bids you welcome to its rustic premises in beautiful rural surroundings, with the bison grazing right next to the building.

The rooms illustrate the connection with things American, bison and Red Indians. An experience in a class of its own, in a relaxed and unpretentious environment, decorated with an eye for detail and good quality.

The kitchen is staffed by a reliable team, of varying ages and background within the trade.

This means that we can provide the classic and the safe, as well as the new and exciting. A fine combination: We are unpretentious, but nevertheless we make a virtue of plating up invitingly and excitingly; and, likewise the play of colours of our salads constitute an important element in our serving – always taking the theme as our source of inspiration.

Being quite down-to-earth people, we obviously bake our own bread and prepare sauces, stocks, and ice right from scratch. We also make our own preserves, etc.

Naturally, the bison meat will constitute the main ingredients which we are proud to deliver. The meat served in the restaurant is from cattle which have been bred and slaughtered in Denmark. Right outside the window, our can see with your own eyes, you can see how we look after our animals.
