Summer Party
We put together a programme according to your wishes.
This year’s summer fête might for instance be as follows:
4.00 p.m.
Arrival. Welcome and division into teams.
From 4.00 p.m. – 6.00 p.m.
Activities. You challenge each other in e.g. archery, javelin throwing, lassoing and the baking of pancakes.
6.00 p.m. – 6.45 p.m.
Guided tour among the bison.
7.00 p.m. –10.00 p.m.
Bison Barbecue Buffet.
We begin with American corn chowder, served directly from the bonfire. The large barbecues will be set out, and here we will prepare large, well-marinated bison spare ribs, bison sausages and other interesting bison cuts. Salads, potatoes, sauce. The meal will be completed by dessert, also from the barbecue.
